Job Summary
Own end-to-end projects from week one, building systems, tools, and automations that power Attio's operations while leveraging AI to accelerate delivery. Extract actionable insights from data to inform leadership decisions and crack messy, high-stakes problems that drive order where there was none. Work daily with engineering, product, and leadership teams to support a fast-growing company serving 30,000 customers across 130 countries. This six-month graduate program pairs you with a sponsor for direct mentorship, culminating in a full-time role if successful.
Required Qualifications
- A builder mentality: you make things and reach for a prototype before a plan
- Comfort with AI, using it daily to move faster, and excited by how far it can go
- Excitement for breadth and change, happy to turn your hand to whatever the business needs, and energised when no two weeks look the same
- Strong analytical and organisational skills, comfort with data, and a knack for bringing order to ambiguity
- The confidence to teach yourself, including technical tools
- Strong attention to detail
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with curiosity and an eagerness to challenge assumptions
- Please note this role is based site in our London office 5 days a week
