Job Summary
Coordinate and conduct scheduled tennis practices while demonstrating Christian concern for athletes' academic, athletic, social, and spiritual development. Recruit athletes to the program in coordination with the Admission Department and Director of Athletics, supporting the university's mission and values. Perform other related duties as assigned, including extensive travel with teams and occasional overnight trips. Requires availability for evenings, weekends, and independent schedule maintenance. Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree and be confirmed enrollees in a Concordia University graduate program.

- Enrollment in a Concordia University graduate education program
- Available evenings and weekends
- Extensive travel with teams
- Knowledge in the trends of the respective sport
