Job Summary
Assist as an assistant coach for Cleary University’s NAIA level athletic program, including planning, directing, and evaluating aspects of the program; create and distribute practice plans; serve as assistant coach during practices and games for varsity (and JV when needed); manage the recruiting database and coordinate with admissions/financial aid for top prospects; organize campus Visit Days and handle documentation, including Sports Medicine forms and NAIA Eligibility Center; manage class schedules and conduct weekly study tables; act as point person on home game days for visiting teams; provide support to coaches; oversee administrative processes; contribute to maintaining the Athletic Department website and social media, and assist with marketing; perform other duties as assigned by Athletic Administration; Bachelor’s degree required and enrollment in a graduate program is required, with a graduate tuition scholarship available upon meeting requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required and be accepted into the Cleary University graduate program
- Must be enrolled in at least one graduate class per session (three credits) and maintain a 3.0 GPA or higher
- Graduate tuition scholarship provided if requirements are met
