Graduate Assistant supports JV softball program by mentoring student-athletes, executing team practices and strategy, coordinating travel, monitoring academic success initiatives, serving as an accessible resource and point of contact for JV student-athletes, and supporting recruitment and enrollment goals; requires Bachelor's degree, valid driver’s license, First Aid/CPR training (or willingness to obtain), and experience with college sports; nights/weekends and travel to competitions required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Valid Operator’s License and a good driving record required
- First Aid/CPR training; or the ability to obtain such before employment
- Experience: Prior participation experience with a college sports program (ex. playing, managing, supporting)
- Nights and weekends required
- Travel for competitions and recruiting required
