Job Summary
Assist the Head Softball Coach in recruiting efforts, scheduling, game management, marketing, and facilities oversight. Supervise students, student workers, and athletes while supporting the coaching staff and Athletic Director with other assigned duties. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, prior athletics experience, and spiritual mentoring skills, with a 20-hour weekly schedule and tuition/housing benefits available. As a Graduate Assistant at Ohio Christian University, you will uphold the institution's Christian commitment and community lifestyle standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Previous experience in athletics (event management, scheduling, media, management of student workers, knowledge of sports and sporting events, facilities)
- Experience in spiritual mentoring and development
- Strong Christian commitment
- Adherence to the standards outlined in the OCU Community Lifestyle Statement
