Job Summary
Graduate Assistant in Marketing works with the university’s Marketing and Communications office to develop and execute social media strategy, collaborating with Admissions, Advancement, and Athletics. Responsibilities include coordinating day-to-day content creation and dissemination, designing eye-catching content (Stories, Reels, videos, graphics), monitoring platform trends, engaging with audiences, reviewing content analytics to improve reach, collaborating with campus content creators, providing photography and video support, and supporting MarComm projects. This role requires contributing to a team effort to tell the university’s story and grow the audience across multiple social platforms, with formal schedule of 20 hours per week for the academic year and tuition remission benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Must be accepted into a graduate program at Mount St. Mary’s University
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
