Job Summary
Assist with planning and coordinating Outdoor Adventure trips and activities, including supporting at least one weekend-long trip per month; manage Outdoor Adventure trip information within Fusion Software; create Trip Assistant schedules; recruit, hire, train, and mentor Trip Assistants; ensure compliance with safety protocols and equipment maintenance; support outreach and program development, reporting, and long-term planning aligned with department and university goals; involve hands-on leadership and participatory student engagement in outdoor recreation activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Currently admitted to a graduate program or eligible and intending to apply upon accepting the offer
- First Aid/CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire
