Job Summary
Recruit, train, and develop store staff to reach their full potential while planning and managing daily workloads for all store targets and resources. Take ownership of business deliverables and use initiative to control, manage, and continually improve the quality and efficiency of work. Ensure all personnel adhere to ALDI controls, policies, procedures, and guidelines. This 18-month training program specifically develops leaders of tomorrow, providing hands-on mentorship from day one. Upon successful completion, you transition to running 5-6 stores in a multi-million-dollar business. The role requires effective time management, flexibility to relocate throughout Western Australia, and the ability to foster personal and team growth through continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- A person with a bachelor's or master's degree (any discipline) completed within the last 2 years.
- Demonstrated academic excellence through the provision of transcripts.
- Must be willing to relocate within Western Australia as per business requirements.
- Our Graduates must be able to plan and manage their time effectively to achieve their goals
