Graduate Architectural Assistant - Part 1 / Sandwich Placement Year (Manchester)

Part 1 Architectural Assistant placement in Manchester: assist senior team members across a range of projects at all design/construction stages, contributing to conceptual design, design development, technical delivery (drawings, specifications, contract documents), and participation in design team and client meetings. Responsibilities include producing designs and graphics, assisting in feasibility studies, preparing working drawings and reports, supporting risk workshops and technical reviews, coordinating across RIBA stages, and traveling to construction sites as required. Requires BA (Hons) in Architecture or equivalent with minimum 2:1 (or working towards for sandwich placement); strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and REVIT (Photoshop preferable); effective communication with clients and stakeholders; ability to work in team and independently; driving licence and willingness to obtain UK security clearances. Hybrid working options available with mandatory in-office days for the Manchester team.
