Job Summary
Graduate Architect position (Full-time) focused on developing schematic designs, assisting with specification preparation and edits, full construction documentation and permit processes, managing client and contractor communications, maintaining project schedules, and performing construction administration including site visits to ensure document compliance and timely submittals. Requires a Masters degree in architecture and at least one year of relevant experience; proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, and Revit is expected, with Rhino and Illustrator skills valued. Strong space planning knowledge and solid communication skills are essential for effectively collaborating with clients and teams in an hospitality-focused design environment.
Required Qualifications
- A Masters degree in architecture
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch-up, and Revit
- Rhino and Ai skills valued, but not required
- Solid knowledge of space planning, building code, and construction documentation
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
