Job Summary
Design and execute scalable outreach programs, in-app notifications, and webinars to drive deep product activation across your portfolio. Identify customers needing engagement or expansion using data triggers and CRM automations, then co-create proactive, tech-first customer journeys that replace constant 1:1 meetings with efficient, AI-driven strategies. Take ownership of a business segment to master "one-to-many" success while jumping into personal meetings when a human touch is required for growth. This hybrid role at Trengo, a $36M Series A Dutch scale-up, supports the core Dutch market with business proficiency in both Dutch and English.
Required Qualifications
- Dutch language proficiency
- English language proficiency
- approximately one year of professional experience
- ability to work in a fast-paced SaaS environment
- business proficiency in both Dutch and English
- confidence supporting core Dutch market
- ability to collaborate internally in both languages
- ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, actionable advice
