Job Summary
Conduct hands-on training in controlled environment agriculture, hydroponics, aeroponics, and farm automation at City Greens AgriTech park near Ahmedabad. Perform field work on active farms, maintaining meticulous organization and readiness to get dirty. Complete a 3-month training program with a stipend of ₹5,000/month and free accommodation, followed by absorption into the City Greens team or placement with a client role. Earn a starting salary of ₹20,000/month upon successful completion. Utilize strong verbal communication in English or Hindi, with regional language skills preferred for client interactions. Gain exposure to sustainability, AgriTech, and AI-driven marketing within a field-focused environment.
