Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of verifiable heavy civil grading foreman experience
- Knowledge of standard construction equipment and materials
- High school diploma or certification in a skilled trade (electrician, carpenter)
- Extensive knowledge of construction best practices, equipment maintenance, and use, and OSHA guidelines
- Ability to read drawings, plans, and blueprints and convey this information to others
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to communicate and report effectively
- Aptitude in math and strong problem-solving abilities
- Physical condition and stamina as required necessary for the job activities
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
