Grades K–6 Paraprofessional

Establish and maintain a structured, organized, and productive learning environment while reinforcing school-wide behavioral expectations and routines. Work with individual students and small groups to reinforce instruction in reading, mathematics, writing, spelling, reasoning, and other academic subjects, monitoring understanding and providing targeted support. Assist with classroom preparation, organization of instructional materials, daily routines, and the administration of assessments, checkouts, and progress monitoring. Check, record, and organize student work, assist with reviewing assignments and correcting errors, and maintain accurate records related to student completion and behavior. Support supervision duties including morning arrival, lunch/recess, and afternoon dismissal, and participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and designated evening programs. Collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and support staff to promote student success in this high-performing K–12 charter school.
