Job Summary
Grader for Goodwill of North Georgia Retail stores: examine and grade donated goods, process to meet daily production goals, and pivot to multiple work areas while adhering to standard procedures. Responsibilities include identifying and solving problems, communicating with management and teammates, promoting cooperation, maintaining a clean work area, following safety practices, completing trainings, and performing duties as assigned to support production goals in a fast-paced retail environment. Requires ability to work in a team, meet production targets, and operate or be trained to operate forklift per policy; HS diploma or GED preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Must be 18 years or older to operate forklift (16-17 not allowed)
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Good verbal and written communication in English
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Detail oriented and organized
