Job Summary
Grader responsible for processing donated linen, sorting, grading based on brand & condition using Goodwill’s good, better, and best program, rolling linen to the sales floor, and merchandising linen according to Goodwill standards. Maintains the production area for cleanliness and safety; supports power hour procedures; adheres to core principles; requires knowledge of retail/stock handling, ability to stand for long periods, read/write/speak English, and ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of retail and/or stock handling
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to follow directions and work with a team
- Previous retail experience is preferred
