Job Summary
Sort donated linen and grade merchandise based on brand and condition using the good, better, and best program. Roll processed items to the sales floor and merchandise according to Goodwill standards while rotating stock via the four-color process. Maintain a clean, safe production area and detail the linen zone during power hour. Perform assigned duties within the framework of Core Principles and attend in-service training as directed. Requires standing and lifting up to 25 pounds regularly.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to adhere to the organization's Core Principles
- Knowledge of retail and/or stock handling
- Ability to react calmly and react to emergency situations
- Ability to listen and follow directions
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Knowledge of linen brands and varieties
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Close vision

- Ability to adjust focus
- Standing and walking for long periods of time
- Ability to stoop, bend, kneel, push, and pull
