Job Summary
Inspect poultry products for quality defects, discoloration, bruising, contamination, or other non-conforming conditions. Sort and grade products according to established quality standards and customer specifications. Remove defective or damaged product from the production line while maintaining consistent flow. Follow all USDA, food safety, and quality assurance requirements. Communicate quality concerns and production issues to supervisors and quality assurance personnel. Assist with line setup, product handling, and housekeeping activities. Adhere to Tyson Foods' animal welfare, safety, and workplace policies. Perform other duties as assigned by management. This 2nd shift role requires willingness to perform physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodation.
