Job Summary
Inspect poultry products for defects, discoloration, bruising, and contamination; sort and grade items according to quality standards; remove non-conforming product from the production line. Maintain consistent production flow while adhering to USDA, food safety, and company policies. Communicate quality concerns to supervisors and assist with line setup and housekeeping. Work the 2nd shift in Forest, MS at $17.45 per hour. Background checks required.
