Job Summary
Inspect Veneer sheets for imperfections and defects, then grade them according to HPVA grading rules. Maintain daily and weekly production goals by filling out hourly targets and making tickets for each grade. Print labels and perform data entry while ensuring a safe, clean working environment. Work effectively with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment, handling extreme temperatures and requiring strong organization skills. This entry-level position includes training and offers 80 PTO hours in the first year, plus a paid Christmas vacation separate from PTO.
