Job Summary
Experienced grader and civil all-round mobile plant operator wanted for site services in a mining environment. Focus on daily maintenance including grading of access roads, laydown areas and carparks; manage rubbish tip operations (push up waste, cover and compact) and maintain containment structures. Support maintenance teams with access preparation (clearing, leveling, trenching), maintain hardstand areas, storage yards, and fuel areas; perform ad hoc tasks to keep site and village infrastructure safe, functional, and compliant. Requires proven operation of civil mobile plants (grader, excavator, loader, skidsteer, dozer) with GPS experience desirable; road maintenance, drainage and earthworks; ability to read basic plans/levels; strong safety awareness; autonomous work capability; HR license preferred; willingness to obtain National Police Clearance and pass medical/drug screening. Offers full-time, permanent roster with a supportive, equal-opportunity team in a remote mining camp setting.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license (HR desirable)
- National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
