Job Summary
Grade Crew Laborers are responsible for safely performing various manual operations at heavy highway construction sites, including demolitions, traffic control, and operating tools and machinery. Candidates must have general construction knowledge and a high school diploma or GED. The role involves physical activity such as lifting, shoveling, and walking on uneven surfaces, and requires effective communication and the ability to work in a team. Willingness to work varying shifts and in all weather conditions is necessary.
