Grade Field Manager (Foreman)

Oversee and manage all aspects of earthwork for site work and roadway projects, directing dirt operations, excavation, fine grading, and GPS grade control systems. Supervise hourly crewmembers, plan manpower and equipment schedules, and coordinate with subcontractors, material providers, clients, inspectors, and regulatory representatives. Manage supplier deliveries to ensure safety, profit, scheduling compliance, and customer satisfaction while administering documentation for change orders, time and materials, and daily job control reports. Follow the Allan Myers Safety Program, including preplanning, PPE requirements, and accident investigation. Provide on-the-job training to crewmembers and communicate performance expectations for productivity, quality, and safety. Requires OSHA 10-hour certification, valid driver's license, and minimum two years of construction experience with supervisory background.
