Grade 4 Elementary Teacher responsible for designing and delivering instruction aligned to state standards; creates a positive learning climate; delivers relevant and rigorous lessons to maximize student engagement and achievement; utilizes diverse teaching practices to meet individual student needs; monitors student progress, grades, and attendance; manages classroom behavior; communicates with parents and school personnel regarding student progress; maintains confidential records and completes required professional development hours; ensures health and safety of students; performs additional duties as assigned.
