Elementary Grade 4 ELA classroom teacher responsible for delivering district-aligned instruction, planning a standards-driven program of study, creating a conducive learning environment, guiding students toward district curriculum goals, assessing progress, maintaining records, collaborating with district specialists, supervising paraprofessionals, and engaging in ongoing professional growth and district-wide initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Highly qualified with required competency in the content area
- Appropriate content/program area educator license (Elementary) and grade level (1-6) licensure from the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education
- Bachelor’s Degree with appropriate license; or
- Master’s Degree with appropriate content area license preferred and/or expected within 5 years
