Job Summary
Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the district's curriculum and best practices in elementary education. Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment that supports the physical and emotional well-being of all students while fostering critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and creativity. Utilize varied instructional strategies to engage students in meaningful learning experiences and assess progress through regular feedback to students and parents. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the community to support student development. Requires valid CTDOE Elementary, 1–6 certification and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or related field.
