Grade 3 Elementary Classroom Teacher

Instruct assigned classes in designated locations and times while planning programs that meet individual student needs, interests, and abilities. Create conducive learning environments, employ varied instructional techniques, and guide lessons toward established district curriculum goals. Assess student accomplishments regularly, diagnose learning challenges, and communicate progress reports to parents. Maintain accurate records, supervise paraprofessionals, and participate in the contractually approved evaluation process. Attend building and district meetings, school-sponsored activities, and contribute to decisions regarding budget, facilities, and curriculum. Engage in ongoing professional growth to maintain competence and support the district's philosophy of equity and excellence.
