Grade 1 Classroom Teacher

Grade 1 Classroom Teacher for Ipswich Public Schools for the 2025-2026 school year, serving a kindergarten to 2nd-grade cohort. Responsibilities include implementing the district-approved curriculum, creating engaging, inclusive, and differentiated learning experiences, participating in collaborative planning with colleagues, and maintaining clear communication with students, families, and staff while building strong relationships with families of learners. The role requires a valid Massachusetts DESE Elementary license (Grades 1–6), an SEI endorsement, and a Master’s degree in Elementary Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a closely related field preferred. 10-month, full-time position reporting to the Building Principal.
