Execute independent construction tasks on demanding, moderate, and simple structures, including masonry, plastering, roofing, hydro-technical, dry installation, and construction trades work. Manage light construction machinery and tools on-site, while performing the transport, delivery, and sorting of construction materials. Oversee the quality of completed work by collaborating with site supervisors, inspectors, and contractors. II. level of education required; preferred three years of work experience, particularly on low-rise buildings. Knowledge of construction procedures and materials, plus the ability to transfer measurements from work sketches. Schedule: full-time with potential for indefinite-term employment.
