Job Summary
Graduate Pharmacy Intern at CVS Health in Fort Collins, CO will apply didactic learning to real-world practice, follow SOPs, and support pharmacy teams to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment. The role involves assisting with immunizations and patient counseling, participating in drug utilization review and quality assurance activities, learning store, district, and regional operations via a 120-day training roadmap, and gaining increasing responsibility in pharmacy operations and leadership through hands-on mentoring and collaboration with leaders across the district. The position requires flexible scheduling, travel to stores as needed, and adherence to regulatory and ethical standards to provide empathetic, high-quality patient care.
Required Qualifications
- PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program prior to beginning the Post-Graduate Training Program at CVS Health
- Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe, per state guidelines
- Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
