Job Summary
Graduate Pharmacy Intern role at CVS Health, enabling hands-on learning within the pharmacy team across production, pick-up, drive-thru, and telephony workflows. You will apply PharmD-level education to real-world practice, follow SOPs, support patient safety and accurate dispensing, and participate in immunization services where permitted. As readiness increases, expect greater accountability in pharmacy operations, coaching and mentoring from leadership, inventory activities, and cross-store support. The role emphasizes empathy, patient service, teamwork, and regulatory compliance while developing clinical and technical knowledge toward a Pharmacist position.
Required Qualifications
- PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program prior to beginning the Post-Graduate Training Program at CVS Health
- Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe, per state guidelines
- Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
- Essential Functions include regular and predictable attendance, ability to complete required training, and capability to perform duties across pharmacy workflows
