Job Summary
Graduate Pharmacy Intern at CVS Health who will apply didactic learning from pharmacy school to real-world practice, complete a comprehensive 120-day training roadmap, and support pharmacy operations across all workflow areas (production, pick-up, drive-thru, and drop-off). You will assist with patient safety, drug utilization review (DUR), SOP adherence, and empathetic patient service, while gaining increasing responsibility in leadership, mentorship, immunizations, counseling, and cross-store/market support as readiness allows. The role emphasizes contributing to safe, accurate prescription fulfillment, providing patient education, expanding clinical and technical knowledge, and supporting immunization services where permitted, under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
Required Qualifications
- PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program prior to beginning the Post-Graduate Training Program at CVS Health
- Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe, per state guidelines
- Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
