Grad Pharmacist

As a Grad Pharmacist at CVS Health, you will apply didactic learning from pharmacy school to real-world practice within US Accredited Foreign Graduate Training and a 120-day structured roadmap. You’ll support pharmacy operations across retail locations, focus on patient safety, SOP adherence, and high-quality service, and gain exposure to activities such as immunizations, drug utilization review, counseling, prescription processing, and cross-functional collaboration with pharmacy teams. As readiness increases, you’ll assume greater accountability for support, supervision, and operations within the pharmacy, including maintaining regulatory compliance, coordinating with leaders, and contributing to a safe, inclusive patient experience. The role emphasizes empathy, effective communication, continuous learning, and contributing to a high-performing team while pursuing required licensure and professional development.
