Job Summary
Develop and maintain corporate governance frameworks aligned with local regulatory standards across regional markets. Lead governance assessments and compliance audits to identify risk areas, then design structured mitigation strategies. Prepare executive-ready governance reports and compliance dashboards for senior leadership and board committees. Leverage Generative AI tools to research evolving regulations, draft policy updates, and automate routine administrative workflows. Partner with cross-functional teams and external advisors to align business initiatives with governance protocols, while supporting board functions and facilitating regional compliance training. Based onsite in the Pasig office, this role requires five years of experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, or risk management.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of professional experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, or a related field (e.g. audit)
- Experience engaging with AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, improve workflows, and contribute new ideas
- Knowledge of corporate governance frameworks and experience drafting, implementing, and auditing corporate policies
- Demonstrated ability to influence and align with cross-functional teams and senior leadership on complex regulatory matters
- You'll based onsite in our Grab Pasig office
