Job Summary
Assistant Residential Coordinator to support individuals with disabilities, working with the Residential Coordinator to ensure smooth program operations and lead staff in their absence. Responsibilities include supervising staff, overseeing household budgets, staff scheduling, coordinating transportation for participants, engaging with participants, families, and providers to implement Individual Support Plans (ISPs), promoting personal goals, and creating community engagement opportunities. Required Qualifications
