Job Summary
Pull, sort, and stack green veneer sheets by quality into carts, making quick decisions on a fast-paced conveyor where sheets arrive back-to-back. Work under limited supervision while listening to direction and learning to operate machinery and tools. Handle physical demands including standing continuously, lifting up to 40 pounds, and tolerating repetitive motion. Must be a self-starter with strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task. Full on-the-job training provided with no prior experience needed.
