Job Summary
Manage general maintenance of factory infrastructure at the Yoji plant, driving conservation and improvement activities to ensure stable equipment operation. Lead facility investment planning and execution while overseeing various facility projects. Coordinate with internal departments, external vendors, and global teams to align on maintenance strategies and communication. Address challenges related to the diversification and high-tech nature of facility management, including business improvement and efficiency drives through DX initiatives. Optimize continuous facility management processes while supporting future-oriented equipment investments. Maintain 100% on-site attendance at the Yoji plant in Saitama Prefecture.
Required Qualifications
- Mechanical, electrical, or facility environment engineering university graduation
- 5+ years of project experience at a general contractor or MEP specialist contractor (subcontractor)
- Experience in general construction industry, facility construction industry, or design office
- General facility design or construction management experience
- Japanese language skills at native level for communication
- Principle 100% office attendance
