Job Summary
Provide expert guidance and risk advisory to stakeholders, ensuring key risks are addressed and mitigated within the Wealth Planning division. Design, implement, evaluate, and maintain the control risk framework for GPS to strengthen the control landscape in alignment with the Bank's internal control standards. Manage the effectiveness of controls across the sub-unit, identifying areas for improvement and administering the internal control tool centrally. Deliver targeted training to promote risk awareness and collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose process improvements that enhance functional efficiency. Represent the GPS unit in bank-wide committees and working groups dedicated to Wealth Planning-relevant risks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education
- More than 5 years of working experience
- Strong knowledge of risk management and audit principles
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Good understanding of banking business, financial products, and processes related to Wealth Planning and/or Trust/Fiduciary Services
- Expertise in (in-depth) data analysis, gap assessments, and development of solution options
- Able to work independently in a global team setup
