Job Summary
Conduct risk advisory for the GPS division by designing, implementing, and maintaining the Wealth Planning control framework while assessing control effectiveness and regulatory adherence. Administer the internal control tool to create new controls, edit existing ones, and assign roles, then deliver targeted training to promote risk awareness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and represent the GPS unit in bank-wide committees focused on Wealth Planning risks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education
- More than 5 years of working experience
- Strong knowledge of risk management and audit principles
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Good understanding of banking business, financial products, and processes related to Wealth Planning and/or Trust/Fiduciary Services
- Expertise in (in-depth) data analysis, gap assessments, and development of solution options
- Able to work independently in a global team setup
- Take ownership of initiatives
- Having a precise, structured way of working
- Highly motivated personality with pronounced can-do attitude and solution orientation
- Fluent in English
- Eligibility to work in the country of application
