Job Summary
Drive, maneuver, or control heavy machinery used to construct roads and structures. Clean and maintain equipment, performing basic repairs as necessary. Move levers, push pedals, or turn valves to operate the machine. Coordinate machine actions with crew members using hand or audio signals. Perform additional assignments per management's direction while maintaining knowledge of the company's values and strategic plan. This role supports FlatironDragados' construction projects in the Lumberton area.
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience with construction equipment preferred.
