Job Summary
Lead the enterprise GPS continuous improvement agenda by translating strategic priorities into actionable opportunities linked to business outcomes across functions. Build organizational capability to identify, scope, and implement continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and disciplined problem-solving methods. Manage a team of managers responsible for executing enterprise-wide projects, setting delivery expectations, and coaching leaders to embed standard work and visual management. Partner with senior business and functional leaders to remove barriers, accelerate cross-functional programs, and ensure benefits realization through rigorous performance follow-up. Facilitate goal deployment, lead workshops and kaizen events, and collaborate with Digital and Analytics teams to enhance transparency and process enablement. Represent GPS in executive forums to align on priorities and drive decisions in complex, global environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in transformation, operational excellence, continuous improvement, or enterprise process improvement
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise transformation programs and driving measurable improvements in performance, productivity, quality, cost, service, or employee/customer experience
- Proven ability to lead managers and build high-performing teams responsible for implementing complex projects across a matrixed global organization
- Demonstrated experience leading a continuous improvement portfolio of more than 800 projects annually
- Experience establishing regional CI Dojos to build capability, share best practices, and accelerate results at scale
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Experience in regulated, global, or enterprise shared services environments
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
- Required minimum number of days a week onsite

- Danaher, Fortive, or other mature business system experience
