Job Summary
Coordinate clinical care for specialized populations including International, Military, and Worker's Compensation patients, serving as their single point of contact to ensure access to services and ongoing communication. Lead treatment planning to address unique needs such as return to work goals, embassy requirements, and life-care planning while securing pre-authorizations and negotiating payer agreements. Manage external communications with Case Managers, Claims Adjusters, and physicians, and provide concierge services for language barriers, visa requests, and travel resources. Participate in quality improvement efforts to drive program growth and efficient throughput.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree for Social Workers
- CRRN for Nurses
- Current Illinois license
- Minimum 2 years of progressively responsible related clinical work experience with diagnostic program population
