Job Summary
Provide nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, including medication administration, treatments, and personal care assistance for hygiene, mobility, and feeding. Assist with developing, implementing, and updating resident care plans while monitoring conditions and promptly reporting changes. Accurately document resident care, treatments, and observations to maintain a safe, resident-centered environment. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, follow facility policies and infection control practices, and participate in team meetings and ongoing education. Work in a CMS 5-Star rated skilled nursing facility in Dunkirk, NY, offering flexible shifts, weekly pay, and comprehensive health benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate Practical Nurse eligible for licensure in New York State
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to perform frequent physical activity and assist with resident care needs
