Job Summary
Outpatient Family Medicine physician needed for Providence Medical Group's Hawks Prairie Family Medicine in Lacey, WA. Full-time, 4 x 10-hour shifts, with up to 1 day of Telehealth possible; team-based care with RN co-visits and integrated services (PharmD, BHI, RD); DAX Copilot AI scribe available; centralized triage and in-basket support. Required Qualifications
