Job Summary
Primary care physician (birth and up; no OB) sought to join Hartford HealthCare’s outpatient primary care team in Connecticut. 100% office-based, weekday, full-time role with optional teaching faculty appointment. Responsibilities include delivering patient-centered primary care in an office setting, collaborating with nursing and medical assistants, and using Epic. Schedule features limited phone call coverage (roughly 2 call weekends per year and 1 weeknight ~2 months). Required Qualifications
- Unrestricted Connecticut medical license (or eligibility)
- C/BE in Family Medicine or Med-Peds
