Job Summary
The General Practice / Referrer Liaison Officer role is to lead and support referrer engagement for Eye and Ear, focusing on general practitioners and optometrists, while supporting engagement with specialists, primary care networks and other external stakeholders. The role strengthens relationships with external referrers, improves access to services, supports continuity of care across care settings, and contributes to improved referral quality and service integration. It acts as a key link between the hospital and community-based referrers, coordinating communication, education and partnership activities to improve understanding of Eye and Ear services and referral pathways.

- Influenza vaccination for clinical staff
