Job Summary
Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages within John's Community Health’s Federally Qualified Health Center network. Collaborate across disciplines to deliver integrated medical, dental, and behavioral health services. Participate in Saturday coverage (two per month) and one evening clinic per week. Requires MD or DO degree, completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency, and board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine; active California medical license, DEA, and BLS certification; and familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR). Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine
- Active California medical license, DEA, and BLS certification
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR)
