Job Summary
Family Medicine/Internal Medicine physician sought to provide attending care in a set group of skilled nursing facilities with on-site NP/PA support. Focus on a rounding-first approach with typical daily volume of 16-18 patients. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8a-4p, with no scheduled nights or weekends; finish charting from home or onsite. On-site team includes NPs/PAs and medical assistants. Compensation up to $270,000 guaranteed based on experience, with annual bonus potential and a medical director pathway ($3,000-$5,000/month). Benefits include 4 weeks of PTO and 8 paid holidays. Includes opportunities for leadership path and stable, predictable workflow.
