Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Currently attending an accredited dental school to obtain a degree for DDS or DMD
- Current, valid dental license to practice in the state
- Ability to obtain a dental license
- DEA certification
- CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to obtain CPR/BLS certification
- Successfully passed a background check
- Successfully passed a drug screen
