Job Summary
Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts to attract and hire top talent aligned with growth objectives across multiple locations. Partner with executive leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop sourcing strategies, and identify qualified candidates for project management, operations, and construction leadership roles. Build sustainable pipelines, manage recruiting processes, and leverage technology to improve hiring outcomes while representing the company through industry networking and outreach. This role primarily works in an office-based environment in Genesee County, Michigan, with periodic visits to other locations and occasional out-of-state travel. Candidates must have 3-5 years of recruiting experience in a technical setting, proficiency with applicant tracking systems, and a strong understanding of the construction industry.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years previous recruiting experience in a technical setting
- Demonstrated success building and managing talent pipelines for hard-to-fill positions, including project management, operations, and leadership roles
- Experience partnering with senior leaders on workforce planning, organizational growth initiatives, and strategic hiring decisions
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting technology, and sourcing candidates through multiple recruiting platforms
- Strong understanding of construction industry roles, talent markets, and hiring practices
- Must be available for periodic visits to other office locations
- Must be available for occasional out-of-state travel as needed
